Administrative Assistant
We are excited to share a new opportunity! PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing company, has been given an opportunity to assist a non profit employer in Fort Myers!
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (30 Hours)
Pay Rate: $ 17/hr.
Location : Fort Myers, FL
Experience : 1 + Years
Job Duties include:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Develop good customer relationships.
- Answer phones and emails and assist director
- Handle all new memberships
- Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary
- Must be able to finish projects in a timely manner
- Compose memos, transcribe notes, and research and create presentations
- Must know PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Handle all email and phone correspondence.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and initiative
- Must be an independent thinker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions
