Administrative Assistant Executive - Swift Staffing

Administrative Assistant Executive needed for our government client near Downtown Baltimore and Northwest Baltimore City.  The Administrative Assistant Executive will create emails, track invoices, manage department calendars and set up new projects. Two year contract position. Non-negotiable pay rate of $21.00 per hour.

Essential Duties:

• Use mail merge to create client emails.
• Manage budget
• Create new databases.
• Greeting and directing visitors.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings/appointments.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least five years of Administrative experience supporting Senior Level Management..
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is beneficial.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook along with a Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
• Must be extremely organized with good attention to detail.
• Must be available to work from 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday with a 30 minute non paid lunch on site.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
