Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a collaborative engineering firm in Charleston, SC and they are actively hiring! They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the team and help ensure operations run smoothly. This is an onsite position.
Duration: Temp to Hire
Location: Charleston, SC
Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday-Friday, any time between 6AM-6PM
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist in preparing and distributing project updates and status reports
- Support project managers and engineers with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Bachelors Degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
