A well-established engineering consulting firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary) to enhance its support team in the Dallas office. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with outstanding interpersonal capabilities and a deep understanding of office administrative practices.

Location: Dallas, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Support and assist with dispute assignments (litigation and arbitration).
- Reviewing, proof-reading, and finalizing expert reports.
- General office and administrative support for consultants and analysts.
- Log contact information in the CRM software (HubSpot).
- Provide data entry support.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls with clients.
- Play an important role in the preparation of Microsoft® Word or PowerPoint reports and in interfacing with clients, along with performing a wide range of duties that support the office.
Requirements:
- Experience in a professional office environment (minimum 15 years)
- Paralegal qualification is highly preferred
- Significant proof-reading experience
- Law firm experience required, including experience working on pleadings, court filings, correspondence, and engagement letters
- College level course work or degree preferred but not required
- High Proficiency in Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and customer relationship management (CRM) applications
- College level course work or degree preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written (grammar and spelling) English language skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
