Job Summary
As an Administrative Assistant at Integrity Marketing Group, you will be responsible for supporting multiple executives and their teams. You will work on everything from calendar management & scheduling, to helping plan team events & offsites, to coordinating the best experience for guests coming to our office. We’re looking for a strategic partner who makes smart decisions on behalf of executives, not just someone who executes on orders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver top-tier administrative support that includes managing both ongoing tasks and ad hoc business initiatives, such as preparing meeting agendas, tracking deliverables, and compiling meeting materials.
Work autonomously, exercising discretion and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple executives, demonstrating exceptional flexibility, organization, and problem-solving skills in adjusting schedules, often with last-minute changes.
Arrange executive travel and handle expense reports with efficiency and accuracy.
Design and produce presentations and documents using PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools to support executive communications and decision-making.
Assist in planning and executing logistics for large meetings and special events, ensuring all details (conference rooms, catering, agendas, etc.) are flawlessly handled to create a positive, team-oriented environment.
Additional duties as assigned, with a commitment to providing comprehensive support.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferred 3-5 years experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive calendar management.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Capability to learn and adapt to new technologies and applications with ease.
Analytical, resourceful, and skilled in multitasking.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds.
Other: Must be available to work in the office full-time.
