About the Job
Provides administrative support both to Credit Manager and Credit & Collections staff for PGT, CGI, ECO, ECO Commercial, and WinDoor. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves department of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties:
What You'll Do:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Conducts research, compiles information, and types statistical reports
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, and reserves and prepares facilities
- Reads and routes incoming mail on a daily basis
- Administrative support including typing, copying, filing and shipping
- Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance
- Arrange travel, programs, events, and conferences
- Prepare memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to department staff
- Maintains department clerical procedure manual
- Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
- Monthly SOX reports
- Create and run various queries
- Work on special projects as needed
- Update sales tax files with rate changes
- Process charge-off accounts
- Process NSF checks
- Create and update forms in Adobe
- Process all Dealer Information Changes
- Maintain Customer Master Files
- Process all credit applications
- Helps with posting customer payments

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required
- Some college preferred
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Good typing skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
