• Invoicing
• Filing
• Processing Mail
• Data Entry into excel and/or enter data into software

Preferred Qualifications for Administrative Assistant

• 1+ years in an administrative role
• Great customer service skills
• Professional on the phone and in person
• Computer skills including emailing and data entry

The Office Assistant role is onsite in Cleveland, OH with a salary range of $45,000-$50,000 depending on experience
