Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative, who has high standards and is effective in building relationships with staff, customers, and clients.
The position requires a variety of routines from assisting prospective & Documentation of data and updating customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
This position requires great organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other needed software
