Must Haves:
We are seeking a self-motivated temporary employee to provide essential office administration support. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hybrid environments and exhibit strong attention to detail, deadline orientation, along with effective communication skills. This role involves following established workflows, processing financial transactions, scheduling, and data management within our department.?

Must Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of office administrative experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with scheduling complex meetings.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
- Higher Education experience
- Preferred experience with Harvard financial systems (B2P, CONCUR) and CRM database (Salesforce).
- Familiarity with OpenScholar or similar website-creation systems is a plus.

- Process departmental financial transactions, vendor set-ups, reconciliations, and expense reports in accordance with Harvard University policies and financial systems.
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for complex and frequent in-person and virtual meetings and events, including making technology arrangements, booking facilities, preparing materials, and managing catering and transportation for the department.
- Collect, organize, maintain, and update departmental data using Salesforce.
- Manage the AV&E chronological calendar and collaborate with team members to document the impact of AV&E programs.
