Administrative Assistant at Beacon Hill

Our client, a private investment firm in Beverly, MA, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role is onsite in Beverly, full time hours Monday through Friday, and is paying up to $25/hr. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to senior management and financial teams
• Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
• Maintain organized files and records
• Prepare and process financial reports and statements
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Coordinate meetings and assist with office logistics

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a financial firm
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
