Position: Provide administrative support for warehouse operations and connected departments of Farwest Steel. Process data and provide all necessary information and documentation to ensure on time delivery.
Wage: $18.00 to $21.00 an hour
Swing Shift: 3:30pm to 11:30pm
Major Duties:
+ Process returns for customers and retain records.
+ Communicate with Sales for accurate return processing.
+ Work closely with Shipping for updates on pick-ups.
+ Communicate professionally with the Operations, Shipping and Sales departments to provide the best service to our customers and Farwest team.
+ Problem solving with internal customers and assisting with research.
+ Use time management concepts to maximize resources.
+ Batch unpackaging in preparation for audits.
+ Assists in scanning, filing, auditing, batch requests, and data entry.
+ Backup for batch packaging, scrap entry, machine performance report, stock adjustments, creating cutback batches, and certification process.
+ General office duties such as stocking office supplies and maintaining paper, toner, and ink in the admin and shared photocopiers.
+ Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Perform good judgment skills and full circle critical thinking.
+ Customer service and results driven.
+ Data entry with speed and accuracy is required.
+ Oracle experience is preferred.
+ Microsoft Office and experience with other software applications preferred.
+ Great attitude; ability to work well with others and to follow instructions.
+ Communicate and write effectively
+ Follow work rules not limited to: time clock integrity, accountability, attendance, respect, and following processes as set by Farwest Steel required.
