Responsibilities:
- Mid-level administrative assistants may also be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as handling incoming and outgoing communications.
- They may assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and other financial tasks, and may also be involved in coordinating office events and projects.
- This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Mid-level administrative assistants should be proficient in office software applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, and may be required to have experience with database management and other specialized software.
Requirements
- General office support and administration (office supplies, travel booking, food orders, credit card reconciliation), offsite event support (food and logistics), and department organization as needed.

- Must be personable, have a good personality, good communication, professional
- Candidate must be flexible and able to travel around ComEd service territory (Primarily Chicago and Western suburbs)
- Must be able to manage large events
- Coordinating the events
- Day to Day Logistics of events
- Transport and Delivery event materials
- Must be able to create event materials
- Great writing and communications skills needed.
- Associate degree preferred
- MS Office
- Years of experience required: 5 yrs
