Job Requirements
We are looking for Activities Staff who have the heart to serve with a compassionate, engaged personality and a dedication to ensuring exceptional outcomes and a high degree of resident satisfaction. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well with a diverse population.
Specific qualifications for this role include:
Supports and helps to carry out the program of therapeutic activities designed to meet the needs and interests of the residents and enhance their functional abilities and their psycho-social well-being in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
