About the Job
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to join our finance team. In this crucial role, you will manage the full cycle of accounts receivable and billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and financial reporting that supports the success of our projects.
salary: $27 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and ensure accuracy across the general ledger.
- Accurately generate and process client invoices, ensuring timely delivery to meet deadlines.
- Monitor and manage A/R collections, ensuring payments are received promptly and discrepancies are resolved.
- Support A/P processes, assisting with payments to suppliers and maintaining accurate records of expenses.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses, including client-specific billing summaries and project cost reports.
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Assist with preparing audit working papers and supporting annual audits.
- Handle sale & use tax filings, and assist with corporate tax reporting requirements.
- Ensure alignment with company financial objectives and maintain accuracy across all billing functions.
