Responsibilities

✨ Process and review incoming invoices for accuracy.

✨ Reconcile accounts payable transactions, ensuring our administrative compass is always pointing in the right direction.

✨ Foster positive relationships with vendors and other departments within The Boat House - because a happy crew makes for smooth sailing.

✨ Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes and make the administrative journey more enjoyable for everyone.

✨ Contribute to month-end closing procedures with a spirit of teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

⚓ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

⚓ Accuracy in data entry and attention to detail that rivals a ship in a bottle

⚓ Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe and Teams.

⚓ Effective communication and interpersonal skills

⚓ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
