Target Pay $28 - $30 / hour
Milwaukee, Wisconsin metro area.


Job Description:
In this role you would be joining a finance team within a manufacturing company. Their workload has increased and they need some additional help. You would be primarily focusing on client billing and Accounts Receivable activities for large-skill projects. Additionally help out with maintaining client financial records, reconciliation of accounts, processing invoices, and assisting with reporting to internal and external decision makers.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with customer billing and accounts receivable within a Manufacturing or Construction industry.
• Project billing experience
• High volume billing experience
• Experience with labor hour reporting
• Fixed asset accounting and reconciliation experience
• Accounts receivable reconciliation experience
• Some formal accounting training / schooling experience (Associates degree or equivalent preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite experience – Word, Excel, etc...

• Great Plains software experience
• Concur
• Paylocity
• Associates Degree in finance, Accounting or similar (high school diploma minimum)
