We are actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist that can maintain and develop existing customer relationships through quality service and support of their needs.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are actively seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist that can maintain and develop existing customer relationships through quality service and support of their needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Creating invoices in system
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Collaborating with various departments to gather information for the invoices
- Handle all collections, lien filings, and job close out materials.
- Respond to customer questions promptly
- Able to work in a very fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Passion for learning and growing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
- Proficient and active currently in Office 365 or Office Suite
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent math ability
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Minimum 5 or more years’ experience in Accounts Receivable position, including billing, collections, and customer service
- 2- or 4-year Accounting Degree preferred
- Experience working with construction/progress billings would be a plus
- Credit and collection experience.
