Accounts Receivable Specialist - Addison Group

Our client is a reputable organization seeking to expand their team by bringing on an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to enhance their operations.

**Job Description:**  

This role involves managing the full cycle of accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and collaborating closely with property accountants.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

• Process daily lockbox transactions and monitor tenant cash receipts.  
• Collaborate with property accountants for accurate tenant payment allocations.  
• Record tenant sales for percentage rent income billing and post monthly sales reports.  
• Apply cash to tenant accounts and assist in preparing monthly statements.  
• Calculate and post management fees, late fees, and utility recoveries.  
• Support the monthly closing process and assist with various accounting tasks as needed.  

**Qualifications:**  

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience in a related industry.  
• Proficiency in Yardi and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.  
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.  

**Additional Details:**  

• In-office role, Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM - 5 PM.  
• Background check required upon offer acceptance.  
• Start date as soon as possible
