KBW has partnered with a successful services company in their search for an AR/Payroll Coordinator for their location in Manchester, NH. This position is onsite and will report to the Controller.
Responsibilities for the AR/Payroll Coordinator include:
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate and research outstanding debts
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update client accounts
- Report on collection activity
- Assist payroll with approving of hours
Experience required for this role:
- 1+ year of previous AR experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, etc)
Compensation: Up to 25/hr DOE
