Hours: 8am-5pm
What You'll Do
- Prepare the invoice register and mail out invoice copies
- Responsible for daily cash for pre-paid cash accounts
- Assist AR Manager on releasing pending orders for internal and external customers
- Assist AR Manager with charging credit card customers.
- Ensure all customer accounts are reconciled at least monthly
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
- Support AR Manager on daily tasks and special projects
- Assist with projects as necessary
What you'll need
- 1+ years hands on AR experience
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel; basic word processing
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
- Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
- Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
- Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proof-reading skills and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers
