The AR Clerk will assist in the maintenance of the Accounts Receivable process for the branch warehouse.

_Responsibilities:_
+ Assigned specific customers with high volume deductions due to sales promotions
+ Process credit and debit memos for customer’s invoices which includes chargebacks to vendors. Analytical skills necessary to validate these deductions and experience with bill-of-ladings
+ Create Excel worksheets between customers and vendors for pricing
+ Must possess excellent customer service skills; verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to multi-task projects and meet deadlines
+ Backup support for Cash Applications and assist other AR Clerks when needed
+ Coding and routing Expense Payables in corporate centralized Payables Systems
+ AR Filing involved
_Requirements:_
+ High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors degree in accounting is preferred
+ Experience with Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Data Entry with high volume
+ Computer skills with Microsoft E-mail, Outlook, Excel and Word
+ AS400 computer experience a plus
+ Able2Extract experience a plus
+ Self motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, dependable, and hard-working individual with ability to work well in a team as well as an individual contributor
