Accounts Receivable Clerk - Robert Half

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Poultry industry, located in Auburn, Washington, 98002, United States. This on-site role involves a range of functions related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Responsibilities - Accurately process customer credit applications - Consistently maintain precise customer credit records - Proactively resolve customer inquiries - Send customer statements on a weekly basis - Handle receipts and transfers effectively - Administer proof of delivery tasks - Conduct Accounts Payable invoice matching - Ensure accurate input of information - Monitor customer accounts and take required actions - Upload invoices and dispatch Accounts Receivable statements. Requirements - Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. - Must have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR). - Demonstrated skills in Billing processes are necessary. - Ability to handle Cash Applications efficiently. - Proven experience in Cash Collections is a must. - Commercial Collections experience is highly desirable. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. - Prior experience with Oracle is a plus. - Familiarity with QuickBooks is necessary. - SAP knowledge is highly desirable.
