Position Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Woodbury, NY (remote option)
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Job Summary:
A prestigious law firm in Woodbury, NY is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting department. In this role, you will handle various invoice processing and expense management tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Code and process invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
- Process employee expense reimbursements.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues and ensure timely payment.
- Manage vendor correspondence related to invoicing and payments.
- Prepare batch check runs and wire transfers as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
- Respond promptly to internal and external emails regarding vendor invoices.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) roles, handling invoices and expenses.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
