Responsibilities for this Accounts Payable Specialist role:

• The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the entire AP cycle
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will make payment runs on a weekly basis
• Work closely with the Director of Finance and perform any ad hoc accounting projects
• Follow up with vendors on missed payments or questions regarding invoices

Preferred Requirements for this Accounts Payable Specialist role:

• Strong Excel skills is a plus!
• Thorough knowledge of Accounts Payable required
• The Accounts Payable Specialist must have strong verbal and written communication skills
