• Research discrepancies and approve for payment.
• Process third party (including inter companies), invoices, credit notes, and expenses.
• Audit expense reports and match receipts to reports.
• Assist accountants and controllers with A/P issues or problems as they arise.
• Understand and comply with all A/P policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required; College degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics preferred
• At least a year of related experience in Accounts Payable and Cash Applications
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be residing in Illinois
