The Role:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of the AP team, processing up to 200 invoices daily in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include handling month-end reconciliations for AP, and communicating with vendors. While there are no check runs, this position involves a significant amount of invoice management and vendor interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process up to 200 invoices per day in a high-volume setting.
• Handle month-end reconciliations for AP.
• Manage communications with vendors, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely payments.
