Accounts Payable - OrderID: 4253 - Acctpositions

Our client a large agency is seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Associate to help the team during this busy period. This is a role that is in office in downtown NYC. It is an excellent opportunity and will offer stability over the next several months.

Duties include:

• Strong Accounts Payable Skills
• Audit the invoices to insure all invoices were paid. If an invoice was not paid then process the invoice and make the payment.
• Ensure all invoices and budget actions are processed in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify variances. 
• Administrative tasks as needed, be flexible with duties.
• Must be someone who can work independently, has a great work ethic and is very reliable. 

The ideal candidate will be professional, mature, articulate, have solid communication skills, can write well, have attention to detail, and possess strong background/experience with accounting and or budgeting.

Job Details:

• Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm, with paid 30-minute break
• Be willing to work OT when necessary.
• Dress is business casual
• Role is fully in office in downtown NY
