Responsible for processing payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices, as well as ensuring that check requests are processed and properly documented and authorized.  

Provide support to the accounting department assisting in: business expense reports; American Express expenses; monthly rent payments and assisting with monthly and year-end closings.  

Special projects as assigned by CFO or Corporate Controller. 

Degree and 2+ years A/P experience required.

Proficiency in MS Office, and accounting system software (GP Dynamics 2016) or prior experience with any accounting system software is a plus.
