About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor AP team of 3, including workflow management and performance evaluation
- Process invoices using 3-way matching and manage AP automation systems
- Review statements, resolve discrepancies, and respond to check signer inquiries
- Maintain accuracy across Great Plains.
- Manage general AP email inbox and vendor communications
Required Skills:
- 5+ years AP experience with 2+ years supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Great Plains and AP automation software
- Strong team leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Experience with high-volume retail operations preferred

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
