We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team in our Jupiter office within the Family Practice.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. YOUR ROLE. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Performing accounts payable and receivable functions
• Preparing journal entries to perform month end closings
• Preparing bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Contacting outside parties on behalf of high-net-worth clients

YOUR EXPERIENCE. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Associates degree and/or three or more years of experience in an accounting setting
• Experience with A/R, A/P, general ledgers, payroll and sales tax a plus
• Must be proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
