Description

-Match, batch and code A/P invoices, coding to the general ledger accounts
-Research and reconcile account statements
-Input voices into their computer system
-Print, prepare and enter A/P checks
-Maintain purchase order/transaction schedules

Requirements

- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with Full Cycle Accounts Payable
- Familiar with MAS90 accounting software a plus
-This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high volumes of transactions
-Strong data entry and 10-key skills
-Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook required)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and good time management skills
