A leading construction company is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage invoice processing and maintain financial accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in analytical problem-solving. Working collaboratively, the new team member will enhance business efficiency by ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies while maintaining compliance with company procedures and fostering strong vendor relationships.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

• $65,000-$85,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Enhance vendor relationships.
• Regularly monitor and report accounts payable metrics.
• Maintain compliance with company accounts payable procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Not less than 3 years of similar work experience in accounts payable
• Not less than 2 years of similar work experience in analytics
• Construction industry experience highly preferred
