Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper at VIA Inc

Via Seating is hiring an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Sparks, NV!!  The pay range for this postion is between $22.00 - $25.00/hour DOE.  This is a full time, in office position.  Hours are from 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday

The Accounting Specialist will work closely with the Accounting Director and Credit Manager on processing external invoices for payment (AP) and receiving payments from customers on sales invoices (AR). 

The role includes invoice verification, facilitation and issues resolution, exception management and special invoice/payment processing. The role requires reasonable experience and understanding of both Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable processes.

The Accounting Specialist is a Safety Sensitive position.
