Title: Accounting Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: La Grange, IL
Compensation: $25-$27/hr depending on relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Reconcile AP/AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger, ensuring alignment with financial records.
- Process PO and non-PO invoices, verifying accuracy and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Record payments, monitor aging reports, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' of experience working in Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
