Pay Rate: $29/hr

Job description
Creates invoices and credit memos from business requests and interacts with requestors to ensure proper processing
• Ensures invoices are processed in customer portals to ensure on time payment of billings
• Acts as the key point of contact for billing inquiries/disputes
• Creates and documents process improvements regarding billing procedures
• Acts as a process back up for other Billing Specialist
• Assists the Manager and teammates with various projects as needed
• Generate monthly billing reports
• Customer Service Skills
• Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
Preferred
• Prior billing experience
• SAP experience preferred

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Software

3-5 yrs exp- mid career
This position will be primarily remote BUT the candidate should be in the Indianapolis area to go onsite as needed for systems updates and any issues.
