About the Accounting Manager Role:

As an Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Managing the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Collaborating with other departments to provide financial analysis and support
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

Preferred Qualifications of the next Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting
