Job Description: Accounting Manager

Salary Range: $85,000-$105,000

Fully onsite

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review budgets versus actuals, analyze variances, and identify key drivers.
• Oversee property tax filings, Department of Transportation (DOT) renewals, and other compliance requirements.
• Monitor and review accounts receivable aging and frozen customer accounts, driving resolution of outstanding issues.
• Sponsor inventory management processes, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
