Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Oversee and mentor a small, dedicated staff, fostering a supportive and results-driven team environment.
• Own and manage the company’s expense card policies, ensuring compliance and process efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize AP processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives and maintain high standards of financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in Accounts Payable operations.
• 3+ years of proven staff leadership experience.
• Experience working in a large company environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
