Accounting Specialist

This role supports finance operations by providing administrative and technical assistance to the Finance Manager, and Accountant.

Responsibilities include:

• accounts payable/receivable processing
• payroll data collection
• financial reporting
• vendor management

Additionally:

• Role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial data.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel are essential.
• Effective communication and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment are key.
• A degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.

Salary: $26-$32 HR.
