About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Entering vendor bills for payment.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Processing invoices and expense reports
- Maintaining accurate and organized financial records
- Answering telephones and handling routing correspondence with customers
- Assisting with preparing invoices for our service department (reviewing/editing technician notes, following up with service manager, field staff and/or purchasing to ensure billing accuracy, etc.).
- Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits.
- Assist with miscellaneous accounting tasks, as assigned.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in accounting
- QuickBooks experience is preferred

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
