We are seeking a Account Supervisor with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task and embrace a deadline driven environment. A team player who is passionate and motivated about your work and have experience working in an advertising agency environment. Someone who is a self-starter but also thrives within a collaborative team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following):
- Act as strategic brand manager.
- Prepare media plans with collaboration of media staff.
- Create and supervise timelines of production of all materials, coordinating activities between agency's finance depart and client/vendors and act as client/agency liaison among all agency departments.
- Follow market trends to determine the specific needs of each account and seek out new opportunities and present to client when appropriate.
- Proactively anticipate and respond to client needs.
- Foster a positive team environment not only within the agency but also between all of a client's partners.
- Seek opportunities to advance the client relationship and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure accurate billing and actualization of weekly budgets; adjusts when necessary.
- Multi-task and work under pressure with constant awareness and ability to meet deadlines.
- Mentor/supervise junior Account staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (include but are not limited to the following):
- 7+ years of advertising/marketing industry experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or relevant field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational/time management.
- Proficient in excel and managing budgets.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Ability to be solution oriented and resolve issues.
- Build internal relationships across all departments.
- Stay abreast of present, current, and future industry trends to maintain positive client relationships.
Annual salary: $75,000 - $85,000
