Acentra is looking for an Account Representative, EAP (Hybrid - McLean, VA) to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
Provide administrative and organizational support to the Account Management team in projects and activities. Ability to act as the customer liaison within the organization, responding to customer needs/inquiries and ensuring contractual and administrative obligations are met. Responds to customer requests, coordinating trainings and health fairs for the EAP Book of Business and proactively outreaching to customers to provide communication and promotional materials.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the Account Management team.
- Coordinates trainings and health fairs.
- Ordering and shipping marketing materials.
- Monthly and quarterly tip sheet customization and distribution.
- Entering employee counts into data management system.
- RFP assembly.
- Respond to customer requests as needed.
- Serves as interface with Kepro corporate departments, e.g., IT, Purchasing, Facilities.
- Participates in mandatory trainings, takes minutes for associated meetings
- Proofread reports.
- Support to office management.
- Assists in special projects as assigned.

Requirements
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Services, Business Administration.
- Position is a hybrid role that requires working onsite at our McLean, VA office.
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a related industry where direct contact with customers and problem resolution.
- Excellent organizational, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal relationship skills essential.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and set priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential business information and PHI with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and SharePoint.
- Ability to interact with various levels of personnel, both clinical and non-clinical.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry, specifically EAP services.
- Knowledge of organizational structure to facilitate problem-solving.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $50,000.00/yr - $62,500.00/yr.
