Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise, ensuring high levels of business retention.
- Collaborate with producers on new and renewal business, offering technical advice on coverage issues, conducting exposure analysis, and ensuring client needs are met.
- Manage a portfolio of medium-to-large commercial accounts, with a preference for experience in real estate, addressing coverage, claims, and risk management needs.
- Utilize Applied agency systems and Microsoft Office tools to efficiently manage accounts, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Stay informed on industry trends, maintain a California insurance license, and pursue ongoing professional development through certifications such as CIC, CISR, CPCU, ARM, or CRM.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on medium-to-large commercial accounts; experience in real estate accounts is preferred.
- Proficiency in Applied agency systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- California insurance license required; professional designations such as CIC, CISR, CPCU, ARM, or CRM are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in policies, coverages, forms, ratings, claims procedures, and risk analysis, with proven ability to build rapport with underwriters and clients.
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $90K to 110K per year.
