BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Manager for an opportunity in San Juan, Puerto Rico!

Summary:

• Position Title: Account Manager

• Location: Remote with occasional client office visits in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

• Anticipated Start Date: 01/06/2025

• Duration: Full-Time Employee

• Work Requirement: W2, sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.

• Pay Range: $40,000/year + monthly commission

Compensation structure is competitive base salary (+) commission (+) full benefits package w/ 401k.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 3-10 years of proven experience in the IT services / Staffing industry, particularly in sales and account management.

• A keen understanding of industry trends and technologies.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
