Overview:Gallagher Member Solutions (GMS) creates, markets and manages member benefit programs for trade and professional associations and other membership organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada. As a nation's leader in association member benefit program management, GMS is enthusiastically dedicated to its mission of enhancing the member experience and fostering commerce by creating and marketing programs which deliver high quality services and everyday value to eligible member consumers and small businesses.
How you'll make an impact:- Develop aggressive marketing strategy
- Plan and manage all activities related to advertising and promotion
- Develop and run successful promotion campaigns involving partnerships, email marketing, social media and advertising
- Oversee creation, production and fulfillment of marketing materials
- Work closely with partners to determine campaign deliverables
- Manage content and creative deadlines to ensure campaign success
- Marketing Campaign analysis: conduct real time data analysis to monitor and report on marketing campaign performance
- Coordinate among various internal teams to ensure aggressive deadlines are net and deliverables are of highest quality
- Maintain working knowledge of PC software to support those marketing efforts; i.e. Office Suite, Act, must also maintain a general understanding of graphics and internet applications and internet capabilities as trains
- Perform other duties as related
- Marketing/Business focused degree; 2-4 years marketing and communication experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional written communication skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Strong personal initiative and works well with a team, creative, personable and can multi-task simultaneous project and adjust to frequently changing priorities in a fast paced working environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills, creative nature and proven project management skills
- Strong understanding of outreach through new and social media platforms
- Strong familiarity with Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. Knowledge of digital imaging software.
