Job Title: Account Manager
Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for providing customers with service, support, and improvement opportunities to increase their consumption of Pharma Logistics products and services. The Account Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and developing new and existing clients through high levels of service to expand and strengthen the relationship.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Cross-selling and up-selling existing customer base.
· Maintains and develops existing customers through appropriate and ethical methods in order to optimize the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction and retention.
· Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
· Main point-of-contact for all customer interaction and responsible for coordinating customer needs with departments to provide prompt service.
· Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
· Develop a referenceable customer list.
· Manage contract renewal process.
· Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
· Identify customers desired outcome and ensure Pharma Logistics delivers by working cross functionally.
· Document all relative contacts, notes, etc. in Oracle NetSuite & Definitive Database.
· Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs.
· Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about customer behavior.
· Keeping accurate records pertaining to customer interactions and needs.
· Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
· Identifying industry trends.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
· At least 2+ years of selling into the healthcare industry.
· Education equivalent to bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, a Science, or Environmental.
· Experience selling in a business-to-business environment involving varying sales
· Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple accounts, or the equivalent in related work experience.
· Experience in a high volume / high transaction industry is highly preferred
· Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
· Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Handles and responds to all customer problems and inquiries expediently and in the best interest of both the customer and Pharma Logistics.
Compensation Range and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $42,000–$57,000 USD annually. Actual salary may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, Pharma Logistics’ business and organizational needs, as well as an individual’s relevant experience, education, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, and/or performance.

Group life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance. 14 days of paid time off, Hybrid schedule, along with major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day). 401k with 3% company contribution after 1 year of service.
