Responsibilities

CORE JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Maintains knowledge of new products and initiatives.
• Develops an agency relationship with existing and new clients
• Answer incoming calls from existing clients, service calls
• Making outbound calls to assist current clients
• Assists with billing questions, account updates

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Must obtain a PC Insurance license within first 60 days of being hired- licensing process is reimbursed if permanently employed
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bilingual is a plus!
