Job Description
KNS International is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team! We want a candidate who thrives in a high-growth environment and has a demonstrated track record of success. Responsibilities:
- Customer Style Selection: Assist customers in selecting new styles each season and communicate those assortment needs back to our product setup team.
- Markdown Execution: Execute markdowns seasonally as necessary, collaborating with buyers to develop and review strategies.
- Promotional Events: Partner with accounts on various promotional events to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Marketing Opportunities: Collaborate with accounts on various marketing opportunities, including sending seasonal marketing imagery for use in emails, social media, etc.
- Pricing and Margin Assurance: Ensure pricing and margins are correct on all accounts, maintaining profitability.
- Product Listings: Ensure all items go live (and remain live) on all accounts, monitoring for accuracy and availability.
- Account Meetings: Meet monthly (or more frequently) with partners at each account to check in on sales, opportunities, and find new ways to grow the business and the relationship.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service as necessary, addressing any issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Wholesale Channel Growth: Find new ways to grow our wholesale channel, including finding and retaining customers, creating a customer loyalty program, and sending weekly emails to drive sales.
- Sales Tracking: Track daily sales and promotions for our top 6 customers, analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have sales experience.
- College degree in retail management, sales, communication, fashion merchandising, or a related field is a bonus, OR 2+ years in a related field/position.
- Knowledge of basic business and retail math is required.
- Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and complete job responsibilities independently.
- Ability to pass a full criminal background check.

- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Increasing sales year-over-year (YOY).
- Maintaining profitable margins with each account.
- Achieving high customer satisfaction survey scores
