Account Manager, Commercial Insurance

The Account Manager, CommercialInsurance will be actively involved in the day-to-day operation of ourcommercial division. Working in close conjunction with the National Director ofOperation and Commercial, including all aspects of our commercial division andfunctions associated with maximizing and growing this channel.

Job Duties:
- Oversite of our warm commercial leads we receive daily from our internal and external partners
- Responsible for commercial business quotes, sales and retention
- Commercial lead and referral management administration in conjunction with the Director
- Partner in establishing sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Strategic partner in identifying new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activity to increase sales and market share.
- Provide expert coverage advice to commercial clients on products and services that best suit their business needs.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and prevent loss of business.
- Prepare reports on account status, including prospects, sales results, and market potential
- Continuously identifying efficiencies and improvements around quoting and policy issue processes and procedures.
- Ezlynx activities management and report generation to operations monthly
- Initiate awareness and training opportunities with our mortgage partners around commercial
- Manage commercial carrier relationships in conjunction with Director
- Analyze and review commissions, book of business, carriers, and expiration reports with Director
What You Bring
Experience
- Commercial insurance experience required
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Presentation skills a plus
- Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint - Social media familiarity a plus High level of Accuracy and Detail Oriented/multitasking
- Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with EZLynx a plus
- Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and drive results
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of insurance concepts and principles
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Licensed in property and casualty required within one month of employment
- College degree preferred

Working Conditions
We have a hybrid model. Approximately 60/40 split between in office and remote. There will be frequent interactions with management, vendors, coworkers, industry constituents, clients, and the public.
