We are a small team of technology professionals looking for a smart, friendly, ambitions Account Manager. Your role will be to develop relationships with business leaders, understand the challenges they're facing, and help them succeed using the strategic application of technology tools.
Our key areas of focus are:
- Refreshing the print fleet with Multi-function printers
- Assisting IT with managing their print fleet using Print Management tools
- Streamlining administrative processes using Document Management tools
- Improving security with Cyber Security training

Important: You must have strong computer skills, general business acumen, ability with numbers, sales skills, ability to learn and work within Salesforce CRM, comfort on Video conference calls, and comfort in front of C-level executives.
POSITION SUMMARY
Account Managers are responsible for finding new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships. Account Managers help customers with their decision to lease or purchase equipment or document management software and coordinating and facilitating the sales and installation process. This includes working with admin to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and coordinating installation with the service team. Account managers will also be the primary point of contact for their clients after the sale and are responsible for maintaining open communication with their clients to ensure we deliver excellent customer service. All necessary training will be provided.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain existing customer relationships.
- Create new relationships with potential customers.
- Determine what equipment and/or document management software will best fit the customer’s needs and generate proposals accordingly.
- Collect and log information in CRM system.
- Report activity to management as requested.
- Participate in regular training.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Work to achieve quota as set by sales management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with a team and cooperate with a wide variety of personality types.
- Must be competent with computer usage, including MS Outlook for email and calendar, and web applications such as Salesforce for customer relationship management.
- Must have a goal oriented, positive attitude, and be able to be self-motivated.
- Must have the ability to represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Base salary: $50,000 plus commissions. Expected total compensation will be $80,000 - $120,000+, depending on sales performance.
- Auto and Cell Allowance
- 15 days per year of Paid Time OFF
- 5 days per year of Paid Charity Time
- 10 paid holidays per year
- Kaiser coverage after probationary period.
- Employee is eligible to participate in 401(k) including matching after 1 year of employment
Salary
Salary plus commission- expected total compensation will be $80,000 - $120,000+, depending on sales performance.
